Our Sick Policy
We understand that at times sickness can overcome anyone at any moment. For the safety of both our maids and our clients we ask that if you are running a fever, exhibiting signs of the flu, or just otherwise not feeling well to please call our office to reschedule. There will be no charge to reschedule or to cancel your appointment because we believe that health and wellness come first! There also may come a time when your maid is out sick, we ask that we may be able to send a replacement if you're comfortable but we also understand if you’d like to cancel at no charge to You.
Our Vacation Policy
We understand that some of our clients may vacation for longer periods of time, if you plan on missing more than 2 regularly scheduled cleanings, please contact our office immediately. We employ our maids and they come to depend on the hours your house may provide to them. If you wish to reserve your time slot and your maid for your return we ask that you place a non refundable deposit that will ensure your date and time upon your return. If you do not wish to leave a deposit please be aware that your time slot may have to be filled and we can not guarantee the same appointment time or date.
Our Hot/Inclement Weather Policy
We know it gets down right hot in Texas! And while you may be comfortable at a balmy 80 degrees in your own home once we get to moving about and cleaning your home we get hot quick. We ask that the day of your cleaning that you adjust your thermostat or let us to a more comfortable temperature while we are there….We promise to put it back! We just can’t afford to be dehydrated and uncomfortably sweating while we are performing our duties, and remember our maids clean more than one home a day. We also know that Texas weather is unpredictable so for those days that we may get sleet or ice or SNOW, if any school district in our service area closes or we just don’t feel it's safe to send your maid in bad weather we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule. If for some reason we aren’t able to there will not be a cancellation charge and we will resume on your next scheduled cleaning.

You may call, text or email us within these hours and receive a response same day but if for some reason a situation is to arise that you need to contact us please understand if it is outside of our normal business hours we will get back with you within the next business day. We appreciate each and every one of our clients and welcome you to the family!
