Service Agreement

  • We reserve the right to use photography and video while in your home. If you do not want us to, please email us with your concerns. Our business is greatly based on before and after photos.
  • Your initial clean is based on an hourly rate. Your reoccuring clean is based on the square footage of your home.
  • Bounced checks will incur a $40 fee and immediately charged full price of your cleaning and bounced fee to a backup credit card that we have on file.
  • If our maids can’t make entry on your scheduled day a lock out fee of $50 will be billed to you via invoice and due on demand by the end of the business day.
  • Cancellations require a 48 hour notice and will be rescheduled based on availability. Cancellations within a 24 hour window may be subject to payment in full, depending on circumstance and will be due by the end of the day.
  • Late payments over 2 days will incur a 10% late fee per day and will be billed via invoice and due on demand and charged to a credit card on file.
  • Payment is due at the of Service, if no payment is left we reserve the right to not clean or to charge a credit card on file immediately after services are rendered. If payment is not made by the end of the day you were serviced we reserve the right to ask for prepayment on any further services. 
  • Business accounts will be billed at the end of the month for serviced dates of the month prior via invoice and due in 1 business day, if not paid there will be a 10% late fee plus an additional $0.50/day until paid. Business accounts that fall delinquent will need to prepay for services based on cleaning schedule for the month before.

Our Sick Policy

We understand that at times sickness can overcome anyone at any moment. For the safety of both our maids and our clients we ask that if you are running a fever, exhibiting signs of the flu, or just otherwise not feeling well to please call our office to reschedule. There will be no charge to reschedule or to cancel your appointment because we believe that health and wellness come first! There also may come a time when your maid is out sick, we ask that we may be able to send a replacement if you're comfortable but we also understand if you’d like to cancel at no charge to You.

Our Vacation Policy

We understand that some of our clients may vacation for longer periods of time, if you plan on missing more than 2 regularly scheduled cleanings, please contact our office immediately. We employ our maids and they come to depend on the hours your house may provide to them. If you wish to reserve your time slot and your maid for your return we ask that you place a non refundable deposit that will ensure your date and time upon your return. If you do not wish to leave a deposit please be aware that your time slot may have to be filled and we can not guarantee the same appointment time or date.

Our Hot/Inclement Weather Policy

We know it gets down right hot in Texas! And while you may be comfortable at a balmy 80 degrees in your own home once we get to moving about and cleaning your home we get hot quick. We ask that the day of your cleaning that you adjust your thermostat or let us to a more comfortable temperature while we are there….We promise to put it back! We just can’t afford to be dehydrated and uncomfortably sweating while we are performing our duties, and remember our maids clean more than one home a day. We also know that Texas weather is unpredictable so for those days that we may get sleet or ice or SNOW, if any school district in our service area closes or we just don’t feel it's safe to send your maid in bad weather we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule. If for some reason we aren’t able to there will not be a cancellation charge and we will resume on your next scheduled cleaning.

Our Non Solicitation Policy 

  • I (the client) understand that Maid Over has invested time and money in the development and training of their maids and that I under no circumstance will knowingly engage in a direct working relationship with any maid of Maid Over
  • I (the client) understand that the solicitation of a Maid Over maid for my private hire will result in termination of service(s).
  • I (the client) understand that I will pay Maid Over a training fee of $2,500.00 if I breach this non solicitation agreement and hire their maid for my own private service.

Our Business Hours 

M-F 9a-4p 

You may call, text or email us within these hours and receive a response same day but if for some reason a situation is to arise that you need to contact us please understand if it is outside of our normal business hours we will get back with you within the next business day. We appreciate each and every one of our clients and welcome you to the family!

By signing up for services you acknowledge the service agreement between Maid Over and You, the client.
